I write about the moments that change us — grief, caregiving, illness, and becoming a mother after loss. My work lives at the intersection of personal story and cultural critique. I believe stories, told honestly, can reveal inconvenient truths and help us live more fully.

In one wild year, I lost my mom, my unborn child, my illusion of health, and (briefly) my mind. What held me together? Writing and a little bit of rage.

I tell stories that live where personal loss meets broken systems, such as motherhood, medicine, mental health, or the quiet suffering we’re still expected to endure in silence.
